Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Digital Products (e.g., courses, downloads): No refunds are available with digital courses.
• Physical Products (if applicable): Refunds are available within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
• Live Workshops / Events: Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. After that, refunds are discretionary or may be issued as credit.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Digital Products: Delivered instantly or via email within 1 hour of purchase. If you do not receive your download link, please contact us at hello@newschoolofnutrition.com.
• Physical Products (if applicable):
  • Shipping Method: Royal Mail or tracked courier service.
  • Processing Time: Orders processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery: UK: 3–5 business days | International: 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We currently ship worldwide. Please contact us for other locations.

Return Policy and Process

We accept returns on physical goods under the following conditions:

• You notify us within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused in the original packaging.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at hello@newschoolofnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return address and instructions.
3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Digital products are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside of the terms above. Chargebacks made through Stripe without prior contact may result in restricted future access to our services.

Payment Plans or Subscriptions: If your purchase includes a payment plan or subscription, you agree to be charged at the intervals shown during checkout. You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date. Missed payments may result in loss of access to plans or subscriptions.
